When Does the ADA Apply to Housing?

Frequently, ADA centers receive questions about the housing rights of individuals with disabilities. This webinar will explore what disability-related laws apply in different situations to help clarify when the ADA might apply to housing and when it does not. The interplay of other laws including the Fair Housing Amendments Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 will be addressed as well.
