This webinar is the fifth in the Northeast ADA's ADA-101 series. Intended for those new to the Americans with Disabilities Act or for those wanting a basic refresher, this webinar in the series will focus on title III of the law which addresses public accommodations such as businesses/nonprofit organizations. It will give a broad overview of the responsibilities of public accommodations in terms of access to goods and services, modification of policies, effective communication, and physical accessibility.
